[Detailed Description of the Invention] This invention relates to an improvement of a flexible rubber sheet-like soundproofing material.

The sound insulation properties of the sound insulation material are TL=181ogf-M-44 (,
It is generally known that lead, which has a large specific gravity, is used as a sound insulating material. Sheet-like soundproofing materials made by mixing and dispersing plastics are also widely known.

Recently, however, lead has been found to be harmful to the human body and other negative effects on the environment, so iron, which has a lower specific gravity but is cheaper, has been used instead.

However, when general iron powder is mixed and dispersed with rubber in the same way as lead powder and used in a sheet-like soundproofing material, the iron powder part is in a state where natural oxidation has taken place (tsuka, incomplete oxidation). Since the iron powder is mixed with rubber only in the state of In addition, there are drawbacks such as the parts that come into contact with the chain become dirty, making it unsuitable for use indoors as well as outdoors.

この考案はこのような点に鑑み為されたもので、その要

This invention was devised in view of these points, and its gist lies in a flexible soundproofing material made by mixing and dispersing iron powder, which has been forcibly oxidized after reduction, with rubber.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of the flexible soundproofing material of this invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
After reduction, the iron is forcibly oxidized and mixed and dispersed, and the iron powder 2 (or iron particles) provides a sound insulation effect, but the iron powder 2 is forcibly oxidized. Therefore, after the rubber sheet 1 is formed, the surface, one side, cut surface, etc. of the rubber sheet 1 will not be oxidized due to moisture in the air, and therefore the appearance can be kept constant at all times.

The thickness of the rubber sheet 1 is 0.5 to several # considering flexibility! It would be desirable to keep it to a certain extent.

Flexible soundproofing materials with such a structure are first made by crushing iron oxides such as magnetic steel, and then reducing the material in a high-temperature reducing gas (e.g., hydrogen, carbon oxide, or natural gas) atmosphere to achieve purity (or high density). Next, the reduced iron powder 2 is placed in an atmosphere having a high temperature of about 500°C to 600°C, and is forcibly oxidized by blowing oxygen into it, and then mixed and dispersed with the rubber 1 to form the rubber sheet 1. It can be easily manufactured by vulcanizing it.

When a flexible soundproofing material that is prohibited from such a structure is placed around a construction site or equipment that generates intense noise, the granular or granular iron 2 in the rubber sheet 1 has a sound insulating effect, so the noise is prevented. Of course, since the iron powder 2 (or iron particles) is previously reduced and then forcibly oxidized, the iron powder 2 will not rust even if the surface of the rubber sheet 1 comes into contact with moisture during use. Because there is no rust, there is no rust on the sheet surface, and the appearance can always be kept the same as when it was manufactured.

Moreover, since the powdered iron is held by the rubber in this case, the rubber 1 effectively acts against vibrations, so that even if vibrations are caused by noise, the vibrations can be alleviated by the soundproofing material itself.

In this example, a reinforcing layer (for example, a fabric layer) is not provided because properties such as tensile strength and tear strength are not important, but a reinforcing layer may be provided for applications where these properties are important. It's not even a moat.

As described above, the flexible soundproofing material of this invention not only maintains its appearance but also satisfies the specified flexibility, etc., and even if the soundproofing material vibrates due to noise, it can be alleviated by itself. Its practical value is that it can be used as a dog.
