両速度を検出する車速センサと、車両方位を検出する方
位センサと、地図入力装置からの地図入力信号に基づき
地図表示信号を出力するとともに車速センサからの車速
信号及び方位センサからの方位信号に基づき車両の現在
位置を演算し現在位置表示信号を出力する演算器と、地
図表示信号により道路地図の表示を行うとともに現在位
置表示信号により道路地図上に車両の現在位置を表示す
る表示器と、を備え戸車両用ナビゲーションシステムに
おいて、前記地図入力装置には道路地図デニタとともに
放送局データが入力され、また車両用ナビゲーションシ
ステムには放送局を選局する選局装置が設けられ、演算
器は地図入力装置からの放送局データ信号に基づき車両
の現在位置に応じた放送局を選択して選局装置に選局指
令番行い、車両の現在位置に最適な放送局を自動的に選
局することを特徴とする車両用ナビゲーションシステム
