【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は二輪車のスイングアーム製造方法に関するもの

量的に重くなり且つ剛性も低い等の種々の問題点があっ

本発明は、上記不具合を一挙に解決した画期的なスイン
グアームの製造方法を得たもので、以下図面について詳
しく述べると、第1図イ2口は本発明によって得られた
スイングアームを示し、イは平面図、幀マ側面図で、1
1はスイングアーム、2は車体に軸着するピボットシャ
フト、33はリヤーアクスルシャフトの取付部44′は
スイングアーム11の上縁および下縁に突出成形したリ

除してスイングアームを形成したことを特徴とする二輪
車用スイングアームの製造方夾 2 上縁若しくは下縁にリブを設けた任意断面形状に押
出し成形した長尺軽金属製形材を所要長さに切断した後
、前記形材の端部を切除してリヤーアクスルシャフトの
取付部を設けてスイングアームを形成したことを特徴と
