Claims

A substantially channel-shaped floor rail and a seat rail slidable on the floor rail are opposed to each other, and each side wall of both rails is positioned one above the other, and the upper side wall of the floor rail is spaced apart in the length direction thereof. A plurality of lock holes are provided in the upper side wall of the seat rail, and a recess is provided in each of the upper side walls of the seat rail, and a vertical flange is provided in the upper and lower two horizontal flanges that are connected to the seat rail and protrude above both rails at a position directly above the recess.
