を形成した挟み片と、この挟み片を閉じ方向に弾性的に
付勢するばね成形部とにより形成してあって、このロッ
クプレートをシートトラックアッパレールに固着すると
ともに、シートトラツ・ラスライド調節用レバーに設け
たロック解除爪を、ロックプレートの挾み外内に臨ませ
