Eggs have the property of being subtly affected by radio waves and sudden heating, so if you simply put an egg in a microwave oven and cook it by irradiating the egg with microwaves, the egg may become stuck inside or explode. do.

For this reason, there are conventional egg peelers that do not irradiate the eggs with microwaves at all, but rather boil water using microwaves and use the resulting steam to cook the eggs. This has caused a major drawback.

(2) Since the eggs are cooked over time using only steam without irradiating them with microwaves, it is extremely difficult to adjust the degree of boiling depending on the size and quantity of eggs, the size of the egg wormer itself, and the amount of water. Therefore, it is not possible to boil the eggs evenly as desired, or to control the degree of boiling of the whites and yolks, and the yolks of the boiled eggs turn out to be dark, making the special dish taste unpalatable.

That is, the present invention provides an egg peeper body made of a material that is transparent to radio waves and having an arbitrary shape with an open top surface; an egg holder disposed within the body; It consists of a lid that can be attached with a lid and has an arbitrarily curved upper surface, and by reflecting microwaves transmitted from below the main body in various directions as appropriate, the microwaves are reflected all over the egg. This is an egg peeler that is formed so that it can be cooked by evenly irradiating light from the outer surface.

Further, P is an egg holder for egg worming which is housed inside the egg wormer main body 1 so as to be freely accessible. It consists of a total of three support legs 8 for stably and horizontally standing up, and one long handle bar 9, and a total of five cutout holes 10 for egg racks are provided on the T surface of the mounting plate. At the same time, a large number of small through holes 11 are bored.

Assuming that the egg wormer is as described above, this egg wormer has the following excellent functions and effects: (1) The cutout hole 10 provided in the mounting plate 7 of the egg holder P is The egg holder P thus constructed is placed inside the egg peeper main body 1 and the lid body 2 is attached to the egg peeper body 1. After that, the egg is placed in an electronic lens (not shown) and heated in the microwave. When the microwave is irradiated, the microwave is transmitted from below because the egg picker main body 1 is made of a material that transmits radio waves.

At this time, some of the energy of the microwave is used to vaporize the water 12, so the microwave is weakened and transmitted into the main body 1, and this weakened microwave is transmitted through the radio wave non-transparent material. It is reflected by the lid body 2 formed.

尚、蓋体2の上面4が球弧状面(必ずしもこれに限らず

波の当接面によって種々異なる。
Incidentally, since the upper surface 4 of the lid body 2 is a spherical arc-shaped surface (not necessarily limited to this, any curved surface may be used), the direction of reflection varies depending on the surface on which the microwaves come into contact.

したがって、卵むし器内では種々の方向に反射されて進

Therefore, in the egg wormer, the microwaves reflected in various directions intersect innumerably, and the microwaves weakened by the vaporization and reflection are evenly irradiated to the egg 13 from all directions. As a result,
Eggs 13 can be cooked uniformly in a much shorter time (approximately one half of the time) without causing any buildup, cracking, or bursting of the eggs 13.

(2) By additionally using a small amount of water,
The steam that is heated in a short time and turns into water vapor quickly fills every corner of the egg wormer.Even in older microwave ovens with uneven radio waves, the entire egg is covered with steam and the microwave irradiates the egg surface. will be carried out.

(3) Since eggs are cooked by irradiating them with microwaves, anyone can easily cook them by adjusting the dial and timer of the microwave, regardless of the size and quantity of eggs or the size of the egg wormer itself. You can boil the eggs to your preference, such as medium-boiled or hard-boiled, and by increasing the amount of water and immersing the eggs in the water, the whites are soft and the yolks are hard due to the action of both boiling water and microwaves. "
You can also use a special method of boiling eggs called "Onsen Tamago" without making any mistakes.

(4) Since there are many through holes on the top of the lid, even if the egg inside the egg wormer were to burst, there is no danger of the lid popping. Also, the diameter of the through hole is 4m.
Since it has a small diameter of less than m, it is possible to maximize the microwave shielding effect without interfering with it in any way.

In the above embodiment, the placing plate of the egg stand was made of ceramic, but the placing plate may be made of metal with a radio wave entry part, and the egg is covered by the lid. It is also possible to increase or decrease the amount and determine the microwave irradiation time.
