の構成図、第２図は切換弁の断面図、第３図は異なる状
態で示す第２図相当図である。 図中、１はコンプレッサ、２は背面コンデンサ（第１の
コンデンサ）、３は防露パイプ（第２のコンデンサ）、
５はエバポレータ、８は迂回キャピラリチューブ（迂回
路）、９は切換弁、１５は゛作動部材である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. コンプレッサとエバポレータとの間に互いに直列に接続
    した第１及び第２のコンデンサと、この第２のコンデン
    サと並列に形成した迂回路と、前記第１及び第２の両コ
    ンデンサ間における前記迂回路の接続部に設けられ前記
    第１のコンデンサからの冷媒の温度に応じて形状を変化
    させる形状記憶合金製の作動部材を備え、前記冷媒の高
    温時には該冷媒を前記第２のコンデンサ側へ流入させ前
    記冷媒の低温時には該冷媒を前記迂回路に流入させるよ
    う切換わる切換弁とを具備して成る冷凍サイクル。
