A gas pressurized ballpoint pen includes a tail plug body that is press-fitted into an opening at the rear end of an ink cylinder and has a threaded hole through the shaft along the axis, and a pressing body that has a threaded portion that is screwed into the screw hole of the tail plug body. A ring-shaped rubber-like elastic body is arranged on the opposing end surface of the tail plug body and the pressing body, and the tail plug body, the rubber-like elastic body, and the pressing body are held together to the extent that the rubber-like elastic body does not deform. The tail plug is assembled in advance by shallow threading, and the tail plug body is press-fitted into the opening at the rear end of the ink cylinder to arrange the tail plug inside the ink cylinder, and the suppressor is rotated in the pressurized gas chamber.
