Claims (1)

した弾性を有する内筒と、該内筒の中心軸方向に形成さ
れた切欠溝と、前記内筒の外形より大なる内径を有し前
記内筒の外側に挿入された外筒と、該外筒の内面底部に
突出して形成され前記切欠溝に挿入されだ突起と、前記
外筒の外面底部に形成されたレバーと、該レバーに添っ
て配設され先端が前記内筒に接続されたアース用キャブ
