Claims (1)
- 押出機のヘッドに固設するマンドレルキャリアを遊挿す
る内孔を穿設した金型本体を設け、金型本体の内孔空間
中にマンドレルキャリアを遊挿固定し、マンドレルキャ
リアの先端に第１マンドレルを延設し、マンドレルキャ
リアに続＜第１マンドレル周囲を第１マンドレル外周面
と所定間隙あけて金型バレルで覆い、かつ金型バレルを
金型本体に第１マンドレルの中心軸と垂直ないずれの方
向へも微動調整可能に取着し、この金型バレルと第１マ
ンドレルの間に第１マンドレル外周壁面と金型バレル内
周壁面との間隙を調整しつつ金型バレルを第１マンドレ
ルに対して所定位置に固定する第１調整機構を付設して
なる樹脂パイプ押出成形用金型において、全型バレルの
中途部から先端部にかけて金型バレルの内周壁面と第１
マンドレルの外周壁面との間隙を広くあけて第１マンド
レル周囲に筒状の空洞部を形成し、この空洞部内の、第
１マンドレル周囲に略筒状の第２マンドレルを遊挿して
金型バレル先端部に第１マンドレルと第２マンドレルお
よび第２マンドレルと金型バレルとで囲まれた二重円環
状細隙を形成し、かつ金型バレルと第２マンドレルの間
に亘り第２マンドレルを第１マンドレルの中心軸と垂直
な任意め方向に微動調整して上記の二重円環状細隙の各
間隙を調整しつつ第２マンドレルを金型バレルに対して
所定位置に固定する第２調整機構を設けたことを特徴と
する二重樹脂パイプの押出成形用金型。
