    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 鍋本体１に一対の耳片３，３を有し、蓋体４に弓形レバ
    ー８を備えた把手７が螺合してあり、把手７を蓋体４よ
    り緩めることによりレバー８の両端部が各耳片３，３に
    圧接して蓋体４を密着する圧力鍋であって、その蓋体４
    に設けた圧力制御弁１０に加えて、内圧表示ピン１６を
    蓋体４のレバー８と相対向する位置に貫通して設け、把
    手７と共に降下するレバー８で内圧表示ピン１６を降下
    して、内圧表示ピン１６を通す貫通孔１９より内圧を放
    出可能に形成しであることを特徴とする圧力鍋の安全装
    置。
