After assembling the generally U-shaped assembly with the top plate integrally formed into the inner box, the front 7 langes of both side plates are engaged with the front flanges of the inner box from both sides, and at the same time heat is applied to the engaging corners. Melt and pour the meltable material, temporarily fix and seal the engaging corners of the outer box and inner box, and then engage the back flanges of both side plates with the back plate and bottom plate from both sides, so that the side plates face outward. There is a case in which the structure of the box body is maintained with appropriate screws to prevent it from opening, but in the former case, after assembling the outer box, the inner box must be fitted into the outer box, making the work process difficult. In addition to the large number of boxes, it is very difficult to fit the inner box, and in the latter case, the front plate, bottom plate, back plate,
It is difficult to handle the assembled parts of the top plate, and the bottom plate and back plate get in the way when melting and pouring heat-melting material into the engaging corner between the front 7 langes of the inner box and the front flanges of both side plates. This has disadvantages such as reduced workability and unreliability in temporary fixing.

The side plate is formed with the letter-shaped grooves 8, 8, and the upper and lower ends thereof have bending pieces 9, 9.10.10 that are bent inward.
have. Reference numeral 11 is a top plate having a U-shaped groove 12 on its front edge that engages with the 7 flange 5 of the inner box l, and a U-shaped groove 18 on its rear edge that is substantially orthogonal to the U-shaped groove 12; Seven flanges 14, 14 are integrally formed on both side edges thereof, one step lower than the upper surface and abutting the lower surfaces of the bent pieces 9, 9 of the side plates 6, 6. Reference numeral 15 denotes a substantially gate-shaped front plate, and a U-shaped groove 16 is formed at its upper edge to engage with the lower part of the seven rungs 5 of the inner box 1. Reference numeral 17.17 is a bottom angle attached to the lower part of the side plates 6, 6, and constitutes a leg portion of the heat insulating box of the present invention. Reference numeral 18.18 is a guide rail formed on the bottom angle 17.17, and is used to detachably attach the substantially shaped bottom plate 19. 20. 20 is a rib that comes into contact with the slope of the bottom plate 19, and 21 is a 7-lunge formed on the front edge of the bottom plate 19. This 7 lunge 21 sets the bottom plate 19 at a bottom angle 17. It comes into contact with the inner surface of the front plate 15 when attached to the IT guide rail 18.18. Reference numeral 22 designates the back plate of the outer box 23 consisting of the side plates 6, 6, top plate 11, etc., and an appropriate number of protrusions 24, 24, etc. are provided on the outer peripheral edge thereof.

Insert the lower side and both sides of the dew prevention pipe 26 into the U-shaped groove 16 of the front plate 15 and the U-shaped grooves 7, 7 of the side plates 6, 6. engage. In this state or with the bottom angle 17. Thermal melting materials 27, 27, . . . are heated and melted and poured into the engaging corners of the front plate 15 and the side plates 6, 6 to temporarily fix and seal the engaging corners.

8. Insert and fix both sides of the bottom plate 19 into 18, and engage the bent pieces 25 of the back plate 22 in the U-shaped grooves 18 and 8 formed on the back edges of the top plate 11 and side plates 6, 6. do. The engagement of the back plate 22 at this time prevents the upper ends of the top plate 11 and the side plates 6, 6 from expanding outward, and the protrusions 24, 24 allow the bent pieces 25 to be easily inserted into the U-shaped groove. 18 and 8,8 to prevent it from separating. In this way, inner box 1 and outer box 2
It is sufficient to inject and foam the foam insulation material 28 into the space between 3 and 3.
During the assembly process of the inner box 1 and the outer box 23, the inner box 1. Side plate 6
,6. Top plate 11. Front plate 15. The bottom plate 19 and the back plate 22 do not come apart, and work efficiency is greatly improved.

Since the foamed insulation material 28 is injected into the space between the outer box 23 and the outer box 23, and the foamed insulation material 28 is foamed and integrated to create an insulating box body, it is no longer necessary to assemble only the outer box first and then fit the inner box, as in the past. Of course, the number of work steps can be greatly reduced compared to that of the previous process.
6. Since the front plate 15 and the bottom angle 17.17 are engaged and locked, it is easy to pour the hot melt material into the engagement corner of the flange 5 of the inner box 1, and a reliable seal can be achieved. Also, U-shaped grooves 12, 16, 8, 8 and U-shaped grooves 1B, 8 formed on the top plate 11, front plate 15, and side plates 6, 6.
.. Is it set in the direction that intersects with 8? It is possible to withstand the transfer of the process up to the injection and foaming of the foamed heat insulating material 28 without using fastening members such as, and can produce a remarkable effect of increasing work efficiency.

法。1. Engage the front edges of the top plate and both side plates with the flanges of the inner box, and incorporate the separately formed front plate, bottom plate, and back plate into the inner box, side plates, and top plate, respectively. In the manufacturing method of the insulating box, which is made into a double box and is integrated by injecting foam insulation into the space of the double box, the front of the top plate and the left and right side panels are attached to the inner box flange. After engaging the approximately U-shaped grooves formed on the edges, the engaging corners of these retaining parts are temporarily fixed and sealed with a heat-melting material, and the bottoms are attached to the lower parts of the rear side plates. The bottom plate is inserted into the rail part of the angle, and then the bent pieces formed on the outer peripheral edge of the back plate are engaged in the U-shaped grooves formed on the rear edges of the top plate and left and right side plates.
