合物を抽出精製した陰イオン物質と、陽イオン物質の混
合物を用いて、海水表面に散布し、赤潮を防止・消滅し
て、正常な海水にする方法で、いままでの高価な処理方
法にくらべ、安価でしかも簡単に除去できることを特徴
