    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 出力荷重、液圧又は変位を制御するための液圧シリンダ
    と、この液圧シリンダ内の液量又は液圧を制御する制御
    弁と、前記液圧シリンダの液圧又は変位を直接又は間接
    的に検出する検出器と、この検出器の出力を演算、増巾
    し前記制御弁への入力とする制御装置からなる液圧サー
    ボ装置において、前記制御弁自体にパイプ、チャンバー
    又はパイプとチャンバーの直列した組合せを設けたこと
    を特徴とする液圧サーボ用制御弁。
