Conventionally, in covered roof structures such as greenhouses, swimming pools, tennis courts, and skylights, lighting has been emphasized, and glass, plastic sheets, or films with good translucency have been used as the cover. Particularly in greenhouses, swimming pools, etc., the indoor humidity is high, so if the outside temperature is lower than room temperature, moisture condenses on the underside of the canopy and falls as droplets, causing problems for cultivation, psychology, and hygiene. An unfavorable environment is created. In order to avoid this, for example, when the covering material l is a hard plate as shown in Fig. 1, the main building 3 framed on the gassho 2 is made of lip hat type or C type material and directly attached with tenx screws. , the water droplets flowing down the lower surface of the covering material 1 (white arrows indicate the way the water drops flow down) are received at the contact point with the purlin 3 and guided into the groove 4 of the purlin material 3,
Water droplets falling off? Efforts are being made to prevent this. However, if the covering material 1 is a hard film that does not have sufficient strength, as shown in Fig. 2, taluki materials 5 are usually arranged on the purlin material 3 at relatively narrow intervals, and the covering material 1 is placed on top of this. Because of the tension, the groove 4 and the purlin material 3 could not be brought into close contact with each other, making it difficult to effectively remove water droplets (there is a gassho 2 under the purlin 3, as in FIG. 1). The present invention is applicable to such extensible hard or flexible films, such as polyvinyl chloride films and polyethylene films, which are coated with nitrogen.
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for spreading a coating material that effectively exhibits a drip-proof effect even when used as a coating material. Hereinafter, embodiments of the structures of the purlin, puha, and g types will be explained with reference to FIG. 3.

In FIG. 3, on the legs 6 of the purlin 3, a step d't- is provided below the upper surface 7 of the purlin, and a barrel top mounting piece 8 is attached, for example, with a pin (not shown). Between the purlins, on top of the barrel top mounting piece 8, there is a 5t support bridge on the barrel top, and a step d is provided between the top surface part 7 of the purlin material 3 and the top surface part of the tally plate 5.
Use i to adhere the plastic film 10. For example, a double-sided adhesive tape (not shown) is pasted on top of the tarpaulin 5, and a plastic film 10 is placed and temporarily fixed. Furthermore, place the presser rail 11 on top of this, and tex screw 12.
Tighten with. As is clear from Figure 3, the taruki mounting piece 8f! : By attaching the film 10 to the legs 6 below the upper surface 7 of the purlin 3 with a step and pressing the film 10 with the presser rail lli, the film 10 is brought into close contact with the purlin surface 7, and the condensed water 13 is released from the groove 4 of the lip hunt 3. be guided by.

In this case, it is necessary that the bending angle β of the film 10 caused by the step difference between the main building 3 and the tally 5 is not larger than the roof slope, that is, the inclination angle α of the tally 5. If β is larger than α, there is a possibility that the condensed water 13 will not be smoothly transmitted to the legs of the main building. For this reason, it is preferable that the distance a between the core f-14 of the film holding rail 11 and the purlin material 3 is not larger than the width of the groove. The height difference d between the pieces can be easily set based on the mounting standard. For example, if the roof slope is 3 cm and 5 minutes, and the width of the groove b = 15 m + n, the step difference d is (

Incidentally, FIG. 4 shows the shape of one embodiment of the taruki 5. It can be used by fitting the taruki attachment piece 8 between the legs shown in the figure. Further, FIG. 5 shows the shape of one embodiment of the taruki mounting piece 8. It can be used by being fitted onto the outside of the purlin material 3. Also.

Such a roof structure can quickly discharge water droplets that have condensed inside to the outside via the frame members, so it does not impair indoor living comfort, and in greenhouses, water droplets can be easily discharged. The value of the present invention is extremely high because the occurrence of crop diseases caused by dripping is low, yields can be increased, and a suitable cultivation and working environment can be obtained.
