However, the biggest problem here is that the pipes are easily clogged. Especially the building J.J.
For use in narrow pipes (e.g. 2bφ) such as I water pipes (
often hits 11 blockages, making it extremely difficult to deal with 11 blockages and 1Fi8. If you say so, it's your turn to clean the gods who are being used to stare at you, either by inserting a thin wire like a piano wire, by using a wire rod, or by extinguishing a simple snake wire. A wire for the cover is A7-, and a scraper head or cutter head is placed at the tip of the wire, and this is inserted into the @ passage using appropriate means 46 to catch the blockage in the closing part.
It is a shrine that carries out cutting, etc. However, the 5atY route'C is long and has many bends, like a building's chess water pipe. If you don't do it, move on to the tip of Wai-Ku7! I get it, I rely on the H sensation 4
It was the h-th work of J, and there was no way to grasp the situation inside the pipeline1.In other words, the current information operation work was the h-th work C, which was based on the simplification of personnel, and of course I can't do any inspections, etc. (Recently, I'm a small business!)'
However, an ultra-small model that can be inserted into a small-diameter drainage pipe has not yet appeared).

In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the present invention has been completed based on the realization that it would be of great benefit to those skilled in the art if an integrated F4 wire that can transmit images simultaneously even in a small diameter pipe could be provided.

Immediately, the present invention uses optical fibers (quartz-based), which have recently been developed, and uses an image guide (fiberglass) for transmitting images and a light guide (fiberglass for illumination) as transmission members, and works on the outer periphery of the image guide (fiberglass) for transmitting images. In addition to combining a snake wire for protection and inspection, an objective section and an eyepiece section are arranged at the front and rear ends of the transmission section, and a wire for inspection and cleaning is integrated. There is a device that can be installed in the wire feeding device that serves as the shore machine, allowing you to clean the inside of the pipeline while looking directly into it.

To explain the function of the snake wire, first, when inserting the wire assembly 6 into the drain pipe a, attach the operating means 16 such as a rotary handle to the proximal outside of the snake wire 5.
The operation means 16 is inserted into the drain pipe a through the coil head 10', which becomes the RF4 operation head 10, arranged at the tip of the snake wire 5, while rotating the operation means 16 as appropriate. in this case,
The rotational force of the snake wire 5 is the snake wire t--
It is passively transmitted to the transmission section 1 from the objective section 9, which is located at the tip of the transmission section 1 and integrated through the inputs 1 to 3 114, and the transmission section 1 is also slightly rotated, but the W! Since the eyepiece 13 attached to the end is equipped with a untwisting puller 17,
Case part 13a that is located in this eyepiece part 13 and serves as a grill lugs
The eyepiece 18 attached to this remains immovable no matter how much you grip it. This untwisting mechanism 17 is provided with bearings 19 at the front and rear inside the case part 3a in the eyepiece part 13.
The structure is such that the inner drum 13b and 4r are guided through the inner drum 19' and the closed end of the transmission section 10 is guided into the inner drum 13b, so even if the transmission section 1 rotates at the same time, it cannot be held. The case part +3a and the eyepiece 18 part connected to Ili+ are not driven. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the light source lens 12 disposed in the eyepiece 13 is a single lens, and a mounting number is attached to the top frame 13b in C, and a condenser lens 2 is placed in front of the light source lens 12 7J.
Light guide 311 pulled out from the transmission section 1 end via 0!
1 becomes a bundle and the power supply line 21 leading to the light source lens 12 is connected to the power supply fi22. Brush closing plate 23. It is connected to the light source lamp 12 via the ring board 24.

If you are here at d3 and turn on the light source lamp 12 by operating the light source operating means 25 such as a dimmer, the light will travel through the light guide 3, illuminate the illumination part 8 of the objective part 9 at the tip, and drain water. If necessary, a condensing lens may be provided in the illumination section 8 that illuminates the inside of the tube a). This illuminated object is focused by the objective lens 7 and formed into an image on the mirror surface at the end of the image guide 2. This imaging light passes through the image guide 2 in the transmission section 1 and appears as an image on the mirror surface at the end on the eyepiece section 13 side.

The 179th part 108' of the snake wire head 10' is hooked in a threaded manner, and the blockage can be removed by pulling back the snake wire 5 part. Historically, the snake wire 5, which is 7 integrated 6 and 4 integrated into this wire, has a flexible shape, so if the drainage @a changes course (for example, from a horizontal pipe to a vertical pipe), I will give a little rotational force to the snake wire-5 itself (),

However, the screen itself is only displayed as a static image, and there is no problem with monitoring. Of course,

FIGS. 10 and 11 show other embodiments of the eyepiece section. The eyepiece 13 in this case is of a type in which a plurality of light sources 112 are arranged in a ring. That is, the light kites 3 pulled out from the base end of the transmission section 1 are put together into bundles of multiple pieces (for example, 62b pieces)/fiber fuss 12
The holder 28r supports the soi 1-guide 3 end, and the holder 28N5 is attached to the bearing 19.
The parts 13b' and 13b' of the inner dome 13b are arranged annularly on the rear holder part 13b'. -h, On the light source run L side, a large number of light source runs/12 are arranged in a ring on the fixed case part +3a side, and a noid guide is provided in the burning direction so that the light from one of the light source lamps 12 faces the end of the holder 28. The configuration is such that light is received at three ends. Of course, the multiple light source runs 112 are wired through the power supply ring 22 so that the current from the power supply line 21 flows uniformly.

In addition to being driven by the integral part of the tip and the wire 114, the snake wire 5 rotates a little due to friction with the inner wall when the snake wire 5 itself is bent. Therefore, the strong rotational force of Snake Y A7-5 and the stretching force of the wire are not applied to the glass fiber.

- As mentioned in 1, the integrated wire for inspection inside small-diameter pipes of the present invention includes an image card made of Noah Iver glass and a flexible transmission part of the light guide and a seal-shaped snake wire. Along with a couple-shaped ridge with two Φ on the core,
By arranging the objective part and the eyepiece part at the front and rear ends of the transmission part, it can be inserted freely into a small diameter pipe such as an indoor drainage pipe, just like a conventional snake wire. The appropriate cleaning head installed at the end of the wire can not only clean out clogged objects, but also monitor the condition inside the pipe as it functions like a telescope. Since the blockage state can be congratulated, the crushing work can be completed easily and reliably. This requires 6 different sets of inspections for newly installed pipelines, and also requires a considerable amount of time for regular maintenance and burying of pipes. Moreover, the goods placed at the end of this transmission section are
