が押圧装置S側である開板方向へ押圧される結果戸板群
が締め付けられるのである。なお、油圧シリンダ9を作
動して戸板1Cを押圧しても前記したように屈伸部材が
ロックされて不動状態となっているため押圧盤8が押し
戻されることはない。そしてこの状態で原液を供給し沖
過するのである。このように本例方法によると、まず、
第一工程は戸板を閉板方向へ押圧移動して戸板群を閉鎖
整列させるだけであって油圧シリンダの高価な設備コス
トを要しないのである。ついで第二工程として閉鎖整列
した戸板群を反対側から締め付けるのであるが、この締

いロッドの小型油圧シリンダが使用できるのである。し
たがって閉板用押圧装置を必要とするとはいえ、大型の
油圧シリンダを要しないため全体として極めて安価な設
備費となり、また長いシリンダロッドが不要のため場所
をとらないのである。
