CONSTITUTION:An adhesive is coated on an outer peripheral surface of a bush body 1 having a solid lubricating layer 11 at an inner surface, and a rubber elastic body 2 is vulcanized for adhesion. Thereafter, the bush body 1 having the rubber elastic body 2 at its outer peripheral surface is pressed in an outer sleeve 3, and the ends of the outer sleeve 3 are drawn to form annular locking parts 31 and 32 at the ends.
