Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit to substitute a housing for the shield of electric wiring by a method wherein the housing, holding the shaft of the distributor, is formed by a synthetic resin having insulating property and a metallic member, formed by an insert forming, is provided in the housing. CONSTITUTION:The housing 1 for the distributor, fixed to the internal-combustion engine, is formed by the synthetic resin having insulating property and the shaft 2 of the distributor is held rotatably bythe housing. A connector 9 is formed integrally with a part of the housing 1 and the terminals 10a, 11a of the electric wirings 10, 11, which are formed by the insert forming, are provided in the housing. When the shaft 2 of the distributor is rotated in synchronized with the revolution of the internal-combustion engine, a cam 4a is rotated through a centrifugal type governer 3 and cuts or breaks a breaker 6 to generate ignition signals. These ignition signals are transmitted from one terminals 10b, 11b to the other terminals 10a, 11a through the electric wirings 10, 11 and, then, are transmitted from the connector 20 to a transforming device located at the outside of the distributor.

するものである。7はカム筒4の先端に脱着可能に嵌合
固定した絶縁回転子で、その上面には鉄等の導電体よ(

グ1の一部に一体成形されたコネクタ部であり、ハウジ
ング1内にインサート成形された板状の電気継線10,
