内にインサート成形された金属部材にて電気的機
能が満足され、両端の固定はコネクタ形式による
ことも可能でもあるし、金属部材の形状・寸法を
的確に製作することにより半田付けのみで固定す
ることができることを目的とする。

せぬ真空進角装置によつて内燃機関の吸気管負圧
に応じた位置だけ駆動されるようにしてある。6
はブレーカプレート5上に固定した点火関係機器
をなすブレーカでカム筒4に設けたカム4aの回
転に伴つてこのカム4aの所定の回転角ごとに開
閉するものである。7はカム筒4の先端に脱着可
能に嵌合固定した絶縁回転子で、その上面には鉄
等の導電体よりなる配電コア8が埋込み固定して
ある。9はハウジング1の外周の一部に一体成形
されたコネクタ部であり、ハウジング1内にイン
サート成形された板状の電気継線10,11の一
端10a,11aを包含している。コネクタ部9
はハウジング1を図示せぬ内燃機関に取付ける際
に邪魔にならない位置に設けてある。コネクタ部
9は相手コネクタ20との嵌合のために周辺壁の
一部に穴9aが設けられ、相手コネクタ20の係
合爪20aにスプリング力をもたせて嵌合せしめ
る。電気継線10,11の他端10b,11bは
ブレーカ6に接続されている。また、12はハウ
ジング1の開口端にネジ13で固定された絶縁体
製のキヤツプ、14は点火電圧を受けるセンタ電
極であり、キヤツプ12にインサート形成されて
おり、スプリング15、炭素電極16を介して配
電コア8と電気接続される。17はキヤツプ12
にインサート成形された高圧端子金具であり、図

の浸水を防いでいたが、それが全く不用になる。

ポリフエニレンサルフアイドが使用され、バネ性
を持たせられないので、小窓9aが形成してあ
