Claims

A cartridge-type electric heater that is designed to prevent liquid from entering from the outside and has an electric heating element built into the inside of the pipe to heat the liquid while the pipe is immersed in the liquid. In the heating device, a guide wall is provided around the pipe with a space separating the pipe that allows the liquid to rise, and a flow is provided below the guide wall that allows the liquid to flow into the space. A cartridge type electric heating device characterized in that an inlet is provided, and an outlet is provided at the upper part of the guide wall to allow liquid that has risen in the space along the inner surface of the guide wall to flow out.
