Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）パイプライン１４を経由して貯留タンク１２から
    蒸留水を消費部処１９，２４．３１へ供給する蒸留水供
    給システムにおいて、パイプライン１４は１．すべて少
    な（とも水勾配をもつ傾斜した管路１５〜１７．２０〜
    ２２．２５゜２７〜２９，３２．３３を備え、これら管
    路のいずれかに前記消費部処との接続を行なうバルブ１
    ｓ、２３．ａｏを設け、これらバルブの位置がパイプラ
    イン１４の最低位位置にあり、前記管路中に形成される
    曲り部分は、きわめてきつい状態では曲げられていない
    構成からなることを特徴とする蒸留水の供給システム。
  2. （２）　　パイプライン１４には、エア抜きバルブ３６
    が設けである前項記載の蒸留水の供給システム。
  3. （３）パイプライン１４は、その全行程にわたり断熱層
    ２６が設けである実用新案登録請求の範囲第１ｉ、また
    は第２項のいずれかに記載の蒸留水の供給システム。
