上を円運動する揉捻針、該揉捻針の下辺に揺動自在に環
装した掃き込みブラシなどからなる製茶揉捻機において
、中空円管を環状に形成させ上記の揉捻針の周面に装着
させると共に、環状の中空円管には適宜な間隔で多数の
小孔を穿設し、また該中空円管の一部にはフレキュプル
