ァイルを示す図、第４図は、この考案による一実施例に
対応するりコンディショニング時のバッテリ端子電圧の
プロファイルを示す図である。１は充電用電源、２及び
３はスイッチ、４は制御回路、５は負荷、６はスイッチ
、７はスイッチ群、８はバッテリセル、９は制御回路。
なお、図中、同一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付し
