図中、１は制御トランジスタ、２は抵抗分割の分圧回路
、３は基準電圧回路、４は差分増幅回路、８１よ感温素
子、１０と１１は定電圧ダイオード、１２はサイリスタ
、及びＡ（一点鎖線の枠内）は本考案にかかる温度検出
