Claims (1)
機構4と、室外熱交換器5とを備えたヒートポンプ式冷
暖房装置において、圧縮機1の吸入ポート1aと吐出ポ
ート1bとの間に設けられたガスバイパス量の大きな第
1中間ポート1Cおよびガスバイパス量の小さな第2中
間ポート1dと、該第1中間ポートICと圧縮機1の吸
入ポート1a側とを連通ずる第1バイスパス通路8と、
該第1バイパス通路8と圧縮機1の吐出ポート1b側と
を連通ずるパイロット通路9と、該パイロット通路9に
介設された電磁弁10と、前記第1中間ポート1Cに設
けられ、・前記パイロット通路9の圧力が第1中間ポー
ト1Cの圧力より高いとき第1バイパス通路8を閉じる
常時開の第1制御弁7と、前記四路切換弁2と室内熱交
換器3との間と第2中間ポート1dとを連通ずる第2バ
イパス通路11と、前記第2中間ポート1dに設けられ
、第2バイパス通路11の圧力が第2中間ポート1dの
圧力より高いときに第2バイパス通路11を閉じる常時
開の第2制御弁12とを備え、冷房運転時、圧縮機1の
吸入ガスの一部を第1中間ポートICおよび第2中間ポ
ート1dから又は第2中間ポート1dのみから圧縮機1
の吸入ポート1aにバイパスさせることにより、冷房能
力を2段に切換える一方、暖房運転時、前記第1中間ポ
ート1Cおよび第2中間ポー)1dからのガスバイパス
の停止又は前記第1中間ポートICからのガスバイパス
により、暖房能力を2段に切換えるようにしたことを特
