えた室外ユニット１１に対して、室内熱交換器５をそれ
ぞれ備えた複数の室内′ユニット２゜２・・・とを接続
して、四路切換弁１８を介して可逆的に冷媒を流通せし
め得るようにしたヒートポンプ式多室用空気調和装置に
おいて、前記室外ユニット１のガス管３と各室内ユニッ
ト２のガス管４とを、冷房運転時にのみ開通するバイパ
ス用逆止弁７を併設したガス側電磁弁６を介してそ、れ
ぞれ接続する一方、前記各室内ユニット２の液管８と室
外ユニット１側の液管９とを液側電磁弁１０゜１１を介
してそれぞれ接続するとともに、該液側電磁弁１０．１
１を、室内ユニットの暖房運転停、 正時にガス側電
磁弁６の閉止後数秒遅れて閉止す′るようにしたことを
