    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 水加熱用熱交換器１への給水管路２で前記熱交換器１に
    近い管路部分に真空破壊弁３を、前記熱交換器１よりも
    高く位置する状態でかつ器具ケーシング５内に納まる状
    態に介在させそある給湯器具において、前記真空破壊弁
    ３の上部に、この弁３からの漏水を貯溜可能でかつオ′
    −バーフロー口４ａを有するタンク４を接続しである事
    を特徴とする給湯器具。
