Abstract

PURPOSE:To smoothly turn a driver's seat and improve workability, by enabling a floor change lever to move horizontally by interlocking with the driver's seat turnable horizontally, in a delivery truck whose driver's seat is of horizontally turnable type. CONSTITUTION:When a driver's seat is turned horizontally toward the central side of a car body, a change lever 23 held by the seat through fittings 27 turns together with the seat around a perpendicular axis 0 of the seat by accompanying turning of rods 30A and 30B to levers 29A and 29B through ball joints 31A and 31B. The seat, therefore, can be turned toward the central side of the car body without receiving an obstruction of the change lever 23. Thus, a driver can leave the seat in a sideways state, a partition door can be opened and closed and workability can be improved.

That is, a partition wall 6 inside the automobile 1 or on the rear side of the driver's seat 2, and a partition door 4 that is slidable in the width direction of the vehicle.
It is divided into a driver's cab 5 and a luggage compartment 6. In addition, the right door 7 on the side of the driver's seat 2 is made of elevating glass and slides along the outer surface of the vehicle body 8, while the left door 9 on the opposite side is a fixed glass formed on the outer surface of the vehicle body 8. It is adapted to slide into the recess 10.

In such a car 1, loading luggage into the luggage compartment 6 is done by opening the door 11 at the rear of the vehicle body, or when unloading luggage at the destination, the driver loads the luggage into the luggage compartment 6 by opening the door 11 on the right side. It is troublesome to open and close door 11 after opening 7, and opening and closing door 11 is troublesome, and in areas with heavy traffic, the right side door 7 cannot be opened immediately, increasing the danger. This is done by leaving the passenger seat t\2, opening the partition door 4, entering the luggage compartment 6, taking out the desired luggage, and opening the left door 9 to exit the vehicle.

As mentioned above, it is customary to have a protruding part on the lower part of the seat back that holds the driver's waist.
When the driver attempts to leave the seat toward the center of the vehicle body, the protruding portion becomes an obstacle, making it difficult for the driver to leave the seat. Moreover, in the above-mentioned delivery vehicle, the driver is the only occupant, and the vehicle sequentially visits a large number of destinations.

Therefore, the present inventor proposed that if the driver's seat could be rotated toward the center of the vehicle body, it would be easier for the driver to take off the seat while lying sideways (and also allow the driver to immediately open the partition door 4 and unload the luggage). The idea was that the driver's seat would be extremely easy to work with, but a floor check lever is usually placed on the center side of the vehicle body of the driver's seat, which prevents the seat from rotating toward the center of the vehicle body. There is a problem that it becomes.

So, for example, Jikai Sho Geta-6J? Like the 0/ri issue,
It may be possible to make the change lever tiltable, but even with that, the lower part that supports the change lever would still protrude above the floor, making it difficult for the driver's seat to rotate smoothly. I couldn't hope for it.

In Fig. 1, reference numeral 21 denotes a driver's seat, which is supported by the vehicle body floor 22 so as to be rotatable about a vertical axis of rotation 0 at the center of the vehicle body. A support portion 23a for the change lever 23 is provided on a side portion of the seat 21 on the vehicle body center side. As will be described in detail later, the change lever 26 is mechanically linked to the transmission via a link mechanism, and the change lever 26 is attached to the same vertical rotation axis 0 as the seat 21 in the middle of the link mechanism.
A coupling part is provided which can rotate about the seat 21, so that the change lever 23 moves and rotates with the rotation of the seat 21.

With the above configuration, when the driver rotates the seat 2 from the normal position toward the center of the vehicle body in order to go into the luggage compartment 6, the lever aligns with the funnel-shaped receiving portion 42a of the engaged member 42. The engagement is released at the engagement portion of the member 44 with the engagement portion 44a, and as a result, the change lever/control is released from the engagement portion.
The link mechanism 41 on the <-23 side rotates together with the seat 21 (see the chain line in FIG. 4).

However, the changelet tzl- does not necessarily have to be supported by the seat, and is linked to the rotation of the seat to control the driver's unseating motion. As long as it has a mechanism that allows it to rotate to a position that does not cause any obstruction, there is no problem in practical use.

As described above, in an automobile in which a change lever is disposed closer to the center of the vehicle body than the driver's seat, the change lever rotates in conjunction with the rotation of the seat notebook. When the seat is rotated toward the center of the vehicle, the change lever also rotates accordingly, allowing the driver to move without using the change lever as an obstacle.
You can easily and smoothly take off from the seat on the center side of the vehicle.
