ス処理装置の構成を示す図である。 図中、１は焼却炉、３は集塵器、４は排ガスファン、５
は煙突、６．　７．　８．　９は煙道、１０は注入管、
１２は切出装置、１６はＨＣＩ濃度検出器、１７は切出
量制御装置である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 排ガス通路に集塵器を設け、該集塵器の上流側排ガス通
    路に粉状の吸収剤を注入する注入管を接続し、該注入管
    には、排ガス中のＨＣＩ濃度の測定値に基づいて吸収剤
    の注入量を調整するための切出量制御装置を具備する切
    出装置を接続してなる乾式排ガス処理装置において、前
    記切出量制御装置に接続されるＨＣＩ濃度検知器を排ガ
    ス通路の注入管接続点より上流側に設置したことを特徴
    とする乾式排ガス処理装置。
