    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 互いに対向して配設された少なくとも一対の可動接点及
    び固定接点と、可動接点にオフ方向の弾発力を付勢する
    形状記憶合金からなる弾性部材と、弾性部材の弾発力に
    抗して可動接点を固定接点に接触させてオン状態に保持
    部と、を備え、高温時に弾性部材が記憶している形状に
    戻ろうとする場合の弾発力を保持部の保持力より大きく
    選定するこ゛　　とにより、過電流まｈは外部温度によ
    る発熱時には弾性部材の弾発力によって可動接点を固定
    接点から開離させるように構成してなるサーキットブレ
    ーカ。
