Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）第１の導体に設けた第１の接点と、この第１の接
    点に対応する゛第２の接点を一端側に有し他端側を第２
    の導体に接続しかつ固定し゛た通電型のバイメタルと、
    このバイメタルにおける前記“　　第２の接点と固定部
    との中間相当位置でかつバイメタルに対しバイメタルが
    高温側に変型する側とは反対側の位置において前記両接
    点が接触している状態でバイメタルに近接または接触す
    るよう眸設けた支点とを備えたバイメタル装置。
  2. （２）前記支点が、前記第１の導体に固定された絶縁部
    材に設けられている実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項
    記載のバイメタル装置。
  3. （３）　　前記第１の導体がばね性を有している実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第（２）項記載のバイメタル装置。
