Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of noise caused by falling water by providing a flexible sound shield part contacturally covering the surface of overflow water leading from an overflow type gate to downstream of river water on the overflow side of the gate. CONSTITUTION:The water level of a water reservoir region 3 formed on the upstream side of a gate 4 rises, and thereby the surface water region 3b becomes overlfow water 3c as excessive water and then becomes falling water 3d crossing over the top 5 of the gate 4. In this case, by a flexible sound shield part 21 attached to the top 5 of the gate 4 in a freely rocking manner, the falling water 3d is covere and impact sound, etc., caused by the falling water 3d is shielded according to the variations in the amount and flow rate of the overflow water 3c.

It is installed to form a storage area at a predetermined water level in a specified section of a river, waterway, etc., and allows surplus water generated in the storage area due to inflow water from upstream water sources to flow over the top of the gate. An overflow gate that discharges water into a river or the like on the downstream side generates noise proportional to the head difference and the amount of water when the overflow water falls downstream. Therefore, the area around the overflow gate will be bothered by the noise generated by it day and night.
It has come to be cited as one of the pollution problems.

Initially, overflow type gates were installed at a distance from residential areas, but in recent years, with the development of residential areas, residential buildings have been built near the gates, causing the above-mentioned problems. Additionally, there are situations in which it is necessary to install overflow gates in residential areas.

Generally, an overflow gate is formed as shown in FIG. 1 is a water basin, and the upstream of this water basin 1. An overflow gate 4 is provided at a predetermined height above the river bed 2 to stop the flow of water from the riverbed to the downstream side. As shown in the figure, this gate 4 is provided with a water utilization plate 5 on the upstream side, an outer plate 7 on the downstream side, and a top portion 6 on top of these.
A bottom plate 8 is provided in the lower part to form a section.

A storage area 3 is formed on the 1F downstream side of the overflow type gate 4, and the surface water layer 3b of this storage area 3 rises, and the top 6 of the gate 4 rises.
When the water exceeds the water level, it becomes overflow water 3c. This overflow water 3c
falls on the downstream side of the gate 4 as falling water 3d with a parabolic trajectory, and flows into the downstream discharge area 3f. The downstream 1-rule discharge area 3f is connected to a river, etc. on the downstream side, and 10 is its river bed.

By the way, the overflow water 3c turns into falling water 3d, and the noise is generated when the overflow water 3c becomes falling water 3d and decreases to the discharge area 3f below. In particular, noise is generated when the falling water 3d falls onto the upper surface 3e of the water discharge area 3f.

Therefore, conventional means for preventing noise generated by overflowing water include those shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. First, as shown in Figure 2, the lower R of the overflow gate 4
A flow guide plate 11 is provided on the downstream side of the side outer plate 7 at a predetermined interval.
The water channel 12 is installed vertically and is fixed between the lower #LIll outer panel 7 and the flow guide plate 11. (As shown in Figure 3, the rear gel 13 is installed on the downstream side for both games) 4.1
A waterway 12 of a fixed width is formed between the three
In either method, the falling water 3d is guided to these water channels 12 to prevent the generation of noise.

FIG. 4 shows a basic embodiment of the present invention, in which an overflow gate 4 is provided standing above a river bed 2 to stop the water flow 1 flowing down from the upstream side to the downstream side. On the overflow side of this overflow type gate 4, there is a flexible structure that contacts and covers falling water 3d that overflows along this gate and reaches the water surface of the river, etc. below, or the water surface of the overflow overflow 3f, or the overflow water surface. A sound insulating member 21 is provided. The sound insulating member 21 is formed from a flexible sheet-like cover made of rubber, synthetic resin, or a mixture of these and fiber materials, and is designed to cover the entire area on the surface 3d of falling water from overflow water. It is composed of The upper end of this sound insulation member 21 is attached to a mounting arm member 22 provided on the top 6 of the gate 4 via a pivot shaft 23, and the lower end is a free end.
It is configured in a 4-shape so that it can swing freely and float on the water surface of the downstream side discharge area 3f. The additional arm part 22 extends radially from the top part 6 at a predetermined distance 1iIIIk, supports the upper end of the sound insulation part side 21, and connects the outer plate 1 and the sound insulation member 21.
Between the overflow and falling water 3dk guide song @ full formation.

The water level of the storage area 3 formed on the upstream side of the gate 4 rises, and the surface water area 3b becomes overflow water 3C as surplus water, overflowing the top 5 of the gate 4, and falling water 3d downstream.
becomes. Since the sound insulating member 21 is provided along the soil of the falling water 3d, the impact noise and the like generated by this are shielded. In particular, since the flexible, sheet-like sound insulating member 21 is pivotally supported at its upper end and swingable at its lower end, the amount and flow rate of overflow water change. Even if the falling trajectory of the falling water 3d changes, it can be followed and covered, and no gap open to the atmosphere is always formed between the falling water 3d and the falling water 3d.

In addition, the lower end of the sound insulating member 21 becomes a free end and extends above the falling point 3e of the falling water 3d and the water surface of the downstream side discharge area 3f, so that all of these types are present in the falling water 21. The generated impact sounds and the like are absorbed into the water and are also absorbed and blocked by the sound insulation part 21, so that these sounds are not emitted to the outside and become noise.

In addition, when the amount and flow velocity of overflow water increase, as shown in FIG. The water channel 12 of the water 3d can be expanded and covered. Furthermore, the fifth
6 and 6 show other embodiments, FIG. 5 shows a case with a flow guide plate 11, and FIG. 6 shows a case with a rear gate 13.
This is the case when the A flexible sound insulating member 21 is provided at the lower end openings of the flow guide plate 11 and the rear gate 13 so as to cover the water surface of the water discharge area 3f below the upper end of the opening. . The upper end of this sound insulating member 21 is cut off with a bolt or the like, and the lower end becomes a free end and is swingable, so that the same functions and effects as the sound insulating member 21 shown in FIG. 4 can be achieved. Also, although not shown, the upper end of the sound insulating member 21 may be supported from the inner wall facing the downstream outer plate 7 of the gate 4 so as to cover the falling water 3dk. In these embodiments, the opening formed in the fixed flow guide plate 11 or the discharge area 3f 1111 of the rear gate 13 is covered, and the same effects as in the above embodiments are achieved. do.
