DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a noise prevention gate that reduces noise when overflowing water is discharged from the top of a gate body.

FIG. 1 shows a general side view of a conventional overflow gate, with reference numeral 1 indicating the gate body, 2 indicating the river bed, and 3 indicating the watertight rubber at the lower end of the gate body 1.

Such an overflow gate is placed on the river bed 2 in a closed state to store upstream water, and by keeping the stored water level at a certain fixed water level, the water is taken in from a water intake (not shown) as agricultural water or the like.

In such a case, if the water level rises above the top of the gate 1 due to a small flood, overflow can be discharged from the top of the door 1 to temporarily reduce the water level without opening the gate. Flood flow may flow down. In addition, it is possible to increase the amount of water intake or secure water intake further upstream by increasing the intake water level periodically rather than by flooding. As the height increases, overflow discharge from the top of the door body 1 occurs.

In such a case, the water that overflows the door body 1 and falls onto the concrete of the riverbed 2 or onto the backwater if there is a backwater level, and the collision sound generated at that time becomes noise, which is especially loud in urban areas. It has become a problem because of its large impact on the environment.

In addition, the water gate shown in Figure 1 not only has the problem of noise, but also the problem of damage to the gate body due to vibrations.
A water gate as described in Publication No. 48-3458 has also been proposed.

The water gate described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 46-28664 is equipped with a spoiler consisting of an eave plate, a flow divider plate, and a reinforcing rib at the center of the upper rear end of the gate body to divert overflow water to the left and right. This allows the space between the water film caused by overflow water and the rear surface of the door body to communicate with the atmosphere, eliminating water vein vibration. However, since the overflow water separated into the left and right sides falls onto the riverbed with the same force, the noise generated when the water falls cannot be eliminated.

Further, the device disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 48-3458 provides a plurality of dividing peripheral walls projecting forward from the top plate of the door body, and overflow water is divided by each of the peripheral walls. In this conventional example as well, the overflow water is divided into a plurality of parts to prevent the door from vibrating, but since the force of the water falling onto the riverbed does not decrease much, the effect of eliminating noise is small.

That is, the present invention provides an overflow gate in which water is allowed to overflow from the top end of the door body, in which a water guide device is provided on the back surface of the door body, in which upstream plates and rear plates arranged in front and rear are connected by a plurality of partition plates. It is installed so that it can be raised and lowered within a certain range, and each partition plate of the water conveying device is bent from the appropriate position, and the top and bottom are open between each partition plate.
It also includes a plurality of water conduits that are bent and discharge water in diagonal directions.

Since this invention has the above-mentioned configuration, when the water guide device is in the lowermost position in the landing state, water flowing over the top of the door body flows into each channel of the water guide device and flows downstream. is released. At this time, the falling water is divided into each outlet channel and flows down while changing the flow direction along the partition plate bent from the appropriate place, so the falling energy is reduced, and the water is divided into each outlet channel. Since the bottom opening is close to the river bed, the falling water collides with the river bed without being dispersed. For this reason, the generation of noise due to discharge is prevented. In addition, the water guide device is movable up and down, and when the water is released from the bottom of the door by raising the door, the water guide device is placed at its upper limit relative to the door, and the lower end of the door is moved. Since there is no interference between the water discharge from the pipe and the lower end of the water guiding device, there is no interference with the water discharge.

In the gate having the above configuration, when the door body 11 is placed on the floor as shown in FIG. 2, the water guide device A is located at the lower limit, and the stoppers 24 and 28 are in contact with each other.

The water that has flowed over the top of the door body 11 in the above condition hits the back plate 15 of the water guide device A as shown in Fig. 3, flows down in the water guide channel d, and is discharged onto the river bed 12 from the lower end opening. . At this time, the upper end of the back plate 15 is positioned so that all the overflow water flows into the water conduit d, and the lower end of the back plate 15 is positioned at the lower limit so that it does not interfere with the downstream flow of the falling water. , and the height should take into account the river bed and sediment.

As mentioned above, the overflow water that has flowed down into the water conduit d falls along the inclined part 17 of the partition plate 16 and is discharged from the lowest end to the downstream side, so the falling energy becomes small, and the partition plate Since the lower end of the tube is close to the river bed 12, the falling water collides with the river bed without being dispersed, which has a noise prevention effect.

Furthermore, when the rope 33 is wound up from the lower limit position in FIG. 7, the lightweight water guide device A rises first, and the stoppers 25 and 28 come into contact with each other as shown in FIG. become one and begin to rise together. In this way, the door body 11 is raised and the door body 11
When discharging water from the lower end, the water guide device A ascends first, so there is no possibility that the lower end discharged water and the lower end of the water guide device A will interfere with each other.
