Abstract

PURPOSE:To forecast a print ink consumption by a method wherein print densities and areas having densities are determined from printing manuscript or the like, necessary quantities of ink for the print densities are determined and then, the areas and the coating quantities obtained are multiplied separately to sum the results. CONSTITUTION:Print densities and areas for the densities are determined. The print densities herein used refers to representative print density values in respective section for example, N sections, into which the whole print density area. In other words, print areas A1-AN corresponding to representative values D1-DN are determined in the respective sections. Then, quantities of print ink necessary for developing color are determined. This method is applicable regardless of printing patterns if the type of print ink and body to be printed are identical and the ink consumptions C1-CN can be determined for respective print densities. The overall ink consumption M can be determined by M= C1.A1+...+CN.AN.

For printing, the necessary printing substrate and printing ink materials must be prepared. However, the mark jii
1.1 In order to prepare the ink, it is necessary to predict the amount of printing ink consumed (for that purpose, the manuscript, original plate, blueprint proof paper of the original plate, 1 proof, 2 color proofs, etc.) A person visually observes the printing ink consumption and predicts whether the printing ink consumption is made by hand, or by visually observing the printing ink consumption on blueprinted proof paper or color-separated proofing paper and predicting that the print fineness is 1 ink erased 9 times. However, it is difficult to predict the amount of ink consumed per plow with a high degree of a, since judgment based on the operator's visual inspection relies on the operator's experience and intuition. If the actual printing ink consumption (9kl) exceeds the amount of ink in stock, printing operations will have to be stopped in the middle of printing, resulting in expensive printing.
Two staff members, etc. related to the adhesion and related equipment were idled, and printing operations were carried out (
・Incurring significant losses. To avoid this situation, the amount of printing ink to be prepared is usually the same as the amount of printing ink actually used.
It becomes more than l + ink amount (・ru.

By the way, in addition to the frequently used ink colors such as yellow (Y), magenta (~1), cyan (C), and black (8K), special ink colors are also used in printing.
There's Rokoto. In particular, bamboo ink color, ink type 1, J, etc. should be used for printing of wood grain patterns and abstract patterns used for floors, furniture, etc. There are many (, the number of types is huge, and there are few opportunities to learn (
Whether it is collected, stored or disposed of is n+1 TjA. However, it takes a long time to collect the residual printing ink (VC), and the storage space for the printing ink occupies a large area, and the amount of time required to manage it is also large. This also results in a loss of valuable materials.

Therefore, the purpose of ψj is to eliminate the problem of inadequate printing ink preparation, which is a major 41-production inhibiting factor in printing operations, and to reduce the amount of residual ink after PJ printing is completed. ,
,,'l:l:It is our aim to provide a method for instantly predicting the printing ink that should be prepared to increase the printing density. Find the area. Here, (-each print density) means the representative print density value at each point when the entire print density range is divided into N sections. In addition, it is also possible to use samurai from the original plate or printing plate (or even from proofs of each color). Figure 1 shows an example of the relationship between the printing density of one color of a printed matter and its surface density and the frequency f

As described above, according to the prediction method of the present invention, the mark h;'+
Ink consumption or conventional operator [7' + visual inspection relying on experience and intuition! +1 It is possible to press by hand more accurately than with a standard setting, it is possible to prevent stamp ink slippage accidents, and it is possible to reduce residual printing ink l at the end of printing. Furthermore, printing costs can be reduced, printing ink can be recovered, transporting tubes can be removed, and printing ink on both sides can no longer be disposed of. Furthermore, it has the advantage of being able to accurately grasp and manage printing additions. These effects are especially noticeable when printing with special ink types (two-component thermal curing ink, foamed ink, etc.). The effects of inhibitory inks and the like are remarkable if they are used within a certain period of time after production, otherwise they cannot exhibit their effects, and in the case of expensive special inks.
