    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリンダの基端側に圧減入口と連なる小径シリンダを設
    けるとともに、前記シリンダに嵌合するピストンの端部
    に前記小径シリンダに嵌合してオリフィスを形成する小
    径部を設け、該小径部にこの先端面に開口する円筒部を
    設け、該円筒部の内端側を径方向通路をもって前記小径
    部の周面に開口させ、前記円筒部に前記小径部の先端か
    ら前記径方向通路へ向う流れだけを許す逆止弁を備えた
    ゛ことを特徴とするクラッチのスレーブシリンダ。
