However, in order to use urethane foam as a heat insulating material for the flooring of refrigerated cars and pre-knob refrigerators, the compressive strength is insufficient, especially with the strength that urethane foam has. A structure consisting only of urethane foam sandwiched between iron plates cannot be used at all. Therefore, it is possible to use reinforcement layer instead, but if the foaming solution is discharged with a reinforcing material between the iron plates, the problem is that it will not be possible to form a uniform foam layer between the two iron plates because it will be blocked by the reinforcing material. となるものである。The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and consists of a resin component consisting of a polyol, a reaction catalyst, a blowing agent, and other auxiliary agents, a polyisocyanate component, and a mixture of a polyol, a reaction catalyst, a blowing agent, and other auxiliary agents on the surface of a lower plate placed on a horizontal surface. Then, the 70-smooth fluid obtained by mixing and stirring the low boiling point component that becomes a gas is discharged over the entire surface.
Next, reinforcing materials arranged in a honeycomb shape or a lattice shape are installed on the bottom plate, and then the top plate is placed on top of the reinforcing material to close the upper and lower opening edges of each compartment formed in the reinforcing material, and the upper and lower plates are closed. The main feature is that the foaming of the floss-like fluid is completely completed in each compartment of the reinforcing material by applying pressure, thereby obtaining a sandwich-structured heat insulating material in which each compartment of the reinforcing material is uniformly filled with foam. Ru. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, a bottom plate 2 is placed on the horizontal surface of the base 1.
is installed and surrounded by a frame 6, and over the entire upper surface of the bottom plate 2, a resin component consisting of a polyol, a reaction catalyst, a blowing agent, and other auxiliary agents, a polyisocyanate component, and a gaseous substance at room temperature and pressure are formed. The cross-shaped fluid 4 obtained by mixing and stirring the low boiling point components is discharged by a spray 5. After discharging the floss-like fluid 4 onto the lower plate 2, it is left for a certain period of time, and then as shown in FIG. A reinforcing material 7 with Obstruction. Next, as shown in FIG.
The reinforcing material 7 is sandwiched between the upper and lower plates 8 and 2, and pressure is applied. In each of the compartments 6, 6, .
The foam fills the compartment 6, and the top plate 8, bottom plate 2, and reinforcing material 7 are firmly bonded together by the adhesive force of the urethane foam 4a formed in each compartment 6, as shown in FIG. A heat insulating panel 11 is obtained. That is, the urethane foam 4a is evenly filled in each compartment 6 of the reinforcing material 7, and the heat insulating panel 11 has the opening edges on both sides covered by the top plate 8 and the bottom plate 2.
This is the result.

While the foam continues to foam and rise, the reinforcing material 7 is applied from above.
Therefore, there is no difference in the filling amount of the foam 4 in each compartment 6 of the reinforcing material 7, and therefore the foam 4ai can be uniformly incorporated in each compartment 6, which improves the heat insulation property. rich, and the top plate 8 and the bottom plate 2 all reinforcing material 7
It is possible to support insulation panels with high compressive strength by supporting them. The reinforcing material 7 is a material that disperses the load applied to the top plate 8 or the bottom plate 2, and it is preferable to use a combination of members in a honeycomb shape or a lattice shape. The shape and size of the portion are not particularly limited.

It is possible to provide a highly rigid insulation panel made of foam, and has excellent effects when used for refrigeration, which requires strength, for flooring of prefabricated refrigerators, etc. by using iron plates for the top plate, etc. You can attend.
