Abstract

PURPOSE:To accurately and early detect the leak position of a stored liquid from lining welded parts by a detector which makes monitoring with a leak detecting port tube provided outside of a lining tank. CONSTITUTION:At the outerside of a welded part 12 of a liner plate 11 constituting a lining tank 10, a leak detection tube 20 is provided to cover the welded part and it is partitioned into plural parts so that the leak position may be easily determined. A plurality of conduits 40 are connected between the lowermost parts of the leak detection tube 20 and a leak detecting port tube 30 provided outside of the lining tank 10. Apparatus are buried in concretes or so together with iron reinforcing rods 50 as a structural frame for the lining tank. When leaked through the welded part of the lining tank, a stored liquid is moved into the lowermost part of the leak detection tube corresponding to the leak location and then naturally transferred to the leak detecting port tube 30 to be accummulated therein. The accummulated leak liquid can be easily identified by visual inspection, a float with an alarm, survey utilizing property (e.g. radioactivity) of the stored liquid, etc.

In this spear's 4-point detection device, if the header light layer
If leakage is detected, even if leakage from the lining tank can be confirmed, it is often difficult to detect the location of the leakage point. In addition, in the case of a lining tank that does not need to be installed in the basement, for example, installed on the building mat layer, there is a problem with how to treat the tip of the heave.

2 in FIG. 1, a leak detection tube 20 is provided outside the welded portion 12 of the liner plate 11 forming the lining tank 10 at the welded portion T-ridge.
It is divided into several sections to make it easy to locate the leak location. (For convenience of explanation, this drawing is divided into four sides and one bottom.) A plurality of conduits 40t are in communication between the lowest part of the leak detection tube 20 and a leak detection port tube 300 provided outside the two-inning tank 10. The above-mentioned equipment, along with the reinforcing bars 50 that form the frame of the lining tank, are placed in concrete, etc.! ! It is set up. (Concrete is M) In the event of leakage from the contact part of the lining tank, the stored liquid will be transferred to the lowest part of the leakage detection pipe corresponding to the leakage point, and the conduit 40 installed there will be able to Hoji, leak detection tube 3

(3) The setting position of the lining tank is not dependent on the setting position, since it can lead to leak detection even in a geological formation-free area, for example. If the atmosphere at the location where the lining tank is installed, for example, emits a high level of radiation and is difficult to get close to, set up the leak detection port in a safe area away from the lining tank. You can do it, 70W! The range can be expanded.

(4) The material of the leak detection tube, the conduit, and the leak detection port tube can be selected depending on the properties of the stored liquid, and the leakage detection tube can also have a sealed structure. Therefore, it is possible to prevent accidents in which the water permeates into the concrete structure outside the tank.
