Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to carry out the humidity adjustment in addition to the temperature adjustment by arranging a moisture adsorptive net in parallel to a heat exchanger, and evaporating the moisture contained in the humidity adsorptive net to humidify the room. CONSTITUTION:The water supply port 9a of a water sprayer 9 supplies water as indicated by arrow A in the vicinity of the upper end of an air filter 8. Water which has been supplied to the air filter 8 is dispersed to other parts of the air filter 8. Upon this occasion, when a heating mode operation is being made by an air conditioner concurrently used for heating and cooling, the moisture contained in the air filter 8 evaporates efficiently by the effect of radiation heat from the heat exchanger 3 and an air stream flowing indicated by arrow, and thus the interior of the room can be humidified. Hence, the humidity adjustment in full-scale can be performed, in addition to the temperature adjustment.

A conventional air conditioner will be explained with reference to FIG. Figure 1 is a vertical diagram of an indoor unit of a separate type air conditioner, where the casing (■) forms a wide cabinet. Reference numeral 2 is a blower, 3 is a heat exchanger, and 4 is a dew receiving tray for receiving dew condensed on the surface heat exchanger 3 during cooling operation on the lower side and guiding it to the outside of the machine. Reference numeral 5 denotes a decorative cover in which an oil surface covers the blower 2, heat exchanger 3, dew pan 4, and other parts installed in the casing 1. The makeup bag 5 is integrally formed with an air inlet 5a and an air outlet 5b. Reference numeral 6 denotes an air filter, which is installed between the air suction 115a and the heat exchanger 3, and is used to remove dust and the like from the sucked air and prevent dust and the like from adhering to the heat exchanger 3. The lower side of the air filter 6 is integrally formed with several pieces 621 that protrude from the decorative cover 5, and can be pulled out from the decorative cover 5 by grasping the handle 63 with your fingers.

As explained above, air conditioners do not have a humidifying function, so when heating with an air conditioner that is also used for both cooling and heating, the temperature rises without adding humidity, and the relative humidity becomes In addition, if you use an air conditioner exclusively for cooling (1), you can also use other heating equipment, such as heating with a stove, heater, etc., and only blower 2). 3. In this case as well, there were the same defects as above, such as a decrease in relative humidity, resulting in a dry and uncomfortable feeling.

The handle part a and the drain part 8b are formed into a body. The air filter 8 (also a net made of a material with excellent water absorption properties) is used, so that when water comes into contact with a part of the air filter 8, it spreads over a wide area and is easily evaporated by the air passing through the air filter 8. Materials that are effective as materials with excellent water absorption properties include those made of polypropylene resin fibers twisted into a net shape, and polyester resin fibers made into a net shape using a needle punching method. It is arranged in an inclined manner with a gap between it and the heat exchanger 3 along the opening 8a.

The water supplied to the air filter 8 is diffused to other parts of the air filter 8. At this time, if the heating operation is performed with the heating and air conditioner of I11, the heat exchanger 3 will be set at 40℃~7
Since the temperature is close to 0℃, the effect of radiant heat from the heat exchanger 3 and the air flowing in the direction of the arrow.
The water evaporates efficiently, humidifying the room. In addition, when an air conditioner dedicated to cooling is operated to blow air and a stove or heater is used for heating, the air with low relative humidity due to the temperature rise flows in the direction of the arrow, and the water in the air filter 8 evaporates, humidifying the room. can. Here, the drain portion 8b at the lower end of the air filter 8 is located above the dew pan 4. Therefore, even if water is supplied so that the water does not evaporate completely, the water can be drained outside the machine using the dew tray (114).10
is a tank containing water to be supplied, and is connected to the water spraying device 9 through a pump 10a and a hose 10b, so that water can be sprinkled if there is water in the tank IO. In addition, the pump 10a and the tank 10 have a groove structure that allows them to be separated.
It is also convenient to be able to replenish water by removing only the tank 10.

A tank 11 in FIGS. 3 and 5 is attached to the upper side of the air conditioner, and water can be supplied to the water sprinkler 9 through the hose of lla, so a pump or the like is not required, which is advantageous in terms of cost. The air filter 8 is tilted, and even if water drips from the sprinkler, it always passes through the top surface of the air filter 8 and reaches the bottom end, so water can be efficiently supplied to the air filter 8 and diffused. Furthermore, since there is a gap between the heat exchanger 3 and the air filter 8, the sprinkled water does not touch the heat exchanger 3, so there is no material deterioration of the heat exchanger 3 due to impurities contained in the water. . Heat exchanger 3 and air filter 8
Since it is arranged almost parallel to the air filter 8, the radiation from the heat exchanger 3 is also uniformly received, which is advantageous in that the water diffused into the air filter 8 can be efficiently evaporated. Since the air filter 8 is easy to remove, it is also good that even if water impurities get on the air filter 8, it can be easily cleaned.
