Conventionally, as a method of manufacturing injection molded shoes with two-color designed soles, a ground sole that has been sulfurized in advance is fixed to the bottom mold of a mold, as shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 55-51561. There is a method in which resin is injected into the space of the mold, or as seen in Japanese Patent Publication No. 55-30844, a part of the resin injected into the mold in the first injection is injected between the side mold and the bottom mold. A method of manufacturing injection molded shoes having two-color designed soles by injecting the resin into the mold to form a flash, then injecting a second resin into the mold, and separating the two resin layers by 7 lashes. etc. are known.

However, in all conventional methods, the insertion of another member or the peripheral edge of the first layer formed with the first injected resin or the flash portion formed on the peripheral edge is inserted into the groove of the bottom mold or the gap between the bottom mold and the side mold. Since the insulation is only filled inside the mold, the isolation effect is not sufficient, and the 11th
The injection resin forming the second layer entered the surface side of the layer, resulting in a high rate of defective products. Furthermore, the method of holding the first layer in the bottom mold is limited to cases in which the first layer is used as the ground sole and the second layer is used as the upper part of the sole.

The side mold 3 has a stepped portion 5 on its lower edge for receiving the dummy bottom mold 4, and when the side mold 3 is combined with the dummy bottom mold 4, a polyurethane foam resin colored in one color is molded into gold. After performing the first injection into the mold space to form the first layer 6 that will become the upper part of the sole, the dummy bottom mold 4 is removed and a bottom mold 7 for forming a ground sole is formed as shown in FIG. After replacing the mold, a second injection of a polyurethane foam resin material colored in a different color is performed, and a second layer 8 serving as a grounding bottom is formed in the space of the mold. The dummy bottom mold 4 for forming the upper part of the shoe sole and the bottom mold 7 for forming the ground sole have the same outer shape except for the shapes of the mold surfaces. The present invention provides a mold for manufacturing injection-molded shoes by sequentially combining a dummy bottom mold 4 for forming the upper part of the sole and a bottom mold 7 for forming the ground sole from below in the stepped part 5 of the side mold 5. , between the facing surfaces of the side mold 5 and the dummy bottom mold 4, the first injected resin is applied to the mold surface 4 for forming the upper part of the shoe sole. "A narrow @9 is provided to allow the resin to flow out in a thin film form from the entire circumference, and an annular shape is provided on the inner circumferential surface of the side mold 6 communicating with the narrow gap 9 to receive the primary injected resin overflowing through the narrow gap 9. A groove 10 is formed, and the width of the annular groove 10 is set larger than the gap between the narrow gaps 9.The bottom mold 7 shown in FIG. A slit 9 is formed over the entire circumference of the bottom forming mold surface 78 between the facing surfaces, and this is communicated with the annular groove 10 of the side mold 5.
An inclined surface 11 is attached to the shoulders of the dummy bottom mold 4 and the bottom mold 7 to be fitted into each other to serve as a guide during fitting. Allow the resin to flow in twice.

The first injected resin foams in the mold to form the first layer 6 that will become the upper part of the sole, and a portion of it flows into the annular groove 10 through the slit 9 and solidifies. A thin film-like flash 13 is provided around the entire circumference of the first layer 6, and a thick protrusion 1 is provided on the outer edge of the flash 13.
4 is formed. The excess resin flows into the cavity 12 and solidifies, and this resin overhangs the entire circumference of the first layer 6 in the form of a canopy to form an isolation burr 115. Next, the dummy bottom mold 4 is pulled out downward and replaced with the bottom mold 7. At this time, since the protruding edge 14 of the isolation burr 15 fits into the annular groove 10 and is held by the side mold 3, the isolation burr 15

As described above, the present invention forms a slit 9 between the opposing surfaces of the side mold 5 and the dummy bottom mold toy', and further communicates with this slit 9 to form an annular enclosure #110 on the inner peripheral surface of the side mold 6. A part of the primary injected resin to form the upper part 6α of the sole is allowed to flow into the narrow PJ 9 and the annular groove 10 to form the isolation burr 15, thereby completing the ``first molding process.'' After that, when the dummy bottom mold 4 is removed and replaced with the bottom mold 7, the thick protrusion 14 formed on the edge of the isolation beam 15 fits into the annular groove 10 and is held in place. Even when setting the bottom mold 7, there is no possibility that the isolation burr 15 will shift or come loose, or be stuck in the mold space, and the injected resin will be completely isolated during the second injection. According to the present invention, even if the separation beam 15 is cut out, the edge of the thin film-like flash 13 can be completely prevented from turning into the upper part of the sole. Thick rim 14
Because the shape is retained, the excision process is easy, and the separation burr is completely removed by creating a clear line at the boundary between the upper part of the sole and the ground sole, without leaving uncut or uneven incisors. be able to. In addition, it is preferable for the isolation flash to have a large amount of overhang from the viewpoint of preventing the secondary injection resin from going around, but considering restrictions from the mold and cutting work, the flash should be 0.5% thick and wide. 6.5~(9) 110%, thick flange is 2.5% thick. OIX, width 3.0
It is preferable to set it to about X.
