Claims (1)
起伏させる起伏シリンダと、伸縮ブームを伸縮させる伸
縮シリンダとをそなえ、油圧モータの操作回路、起伏シ
リンダの前操作回路、伸縮シリンダの操作回路を、それ
ぞれ油圧モータ操作用切替弁、起伏シリンダ操作用切替
弁、伸縮シリンダ操作用切替弁を介して油圧ポンプの吐
出がわにつらね、前記各操作回路にはそれぞれカウンタ
バランス弁をそなえたクレーン作業機の油圧回路におい
て、下記(a)〜(f)のように構成した油圧回路。 (a) 伸縮ブームの長さと吊り荷とで発生するモー
メント荷重を検出するモーメント荷重検出用シリンダを
クレーン作業機本体に設ける。 (b) 油圧モータ操作切替弁と油圧モータ操作回路
のカウンタバランス弁との間の巻上がわ管路に、設定圧
を超えるとi路を閉じる第一切替弁を設ける。 (C) 第一切替弁の一方の受圧部は、モーメント荷
重検出用シリンダの圧力取出し室に管路によりつらねら
れ、その管路には油圧モータの巻上がわ管路の圧力で開

替弁の他方の受圧部は油圧モータ操作回路の巻上がわ管
路につらねられており、カリ、同受戻部には設定圧用ば
ねが設けられている。 (d) 伸縮シリンダ操作用切替弁と伸縮シリンダ操
作回路のカウンタバランス弁との間に、設定圧を超える
と管路を閉じる第二切荷弁を設ける。 (e) 第二切替弁の一方の受圧部材は、モーメント
荷重検出用シリンダの圧力取出し室に管路によりつらね
られ、その管路には伸縮シリンダ操作回路の伸長がわ管
路の圧力で開かれるパイットチェック弁が設けられる。 第二切替弁の他方の受圧部は伸縮シリンダの短縮がわ管
路にっらねられており、かつ、同受圧部には設定圧用ば
ねが設けられている。 (f) モーメント荷重検出用シリンダの圧力取出し
室と起伏シリンダの起しがわ室とは管路によりたがいに
つらねられており、その管路には起伏シリンダがわへの
