Claims (5)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] (1)台座上には正面を開口した長方形のケース状の取
付台を設立し、これが上面及び両側面には一対あてのネ
ジ孔を設け、この取付台には下記(イ)の切断機を切断
刃を垂直方向、又は水平方向に作動可能なように位置を
換えて取付け、この切断機の刃に対応ずゐ位置に治具を
取付ける下記(ロ)の受台を台座上に取付けてなること
を特徴とする射出成型部品のゲート切断装置。 (イ)ギヤー付きモーターに連結して回転軸を設け、こ
の回転軸端には円盤を取付け、この円盤の扁心位置には
連杆の一端を回転自在に軸止し、他端にはスライダーの
上端を回転自在に軸止し、スライダーの下端は挾持溝に
成形し、この正面には止ネジを取付け、このスライダー
の両側を案内により陳持し、これらをケースにより被覆
し、スライダーの挾持溝には切断刃を複数−列又は二列
に挾持するチャックの取付片を挿入土着してなる切断機
。 (ロ)移動台の両側を案内により保持し、正ネジにより
定置し、この移動台には昇降台をボルトにより移動台の
ネジ孔に昇降自在に装置し昇降台の表面には止溝を設置
、これには治具取付板を嵌合載置してなゐ治具受台。
