Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a terminal conductor from coming out by providing mutually complementary engaging parts on the sides of a coil bobbin and the terminal conductor. CONSTITUTION:Two parallel projecting pieces 7 and 7 are provided at the tip of a terminal conductor 5, and those projecting pieces 7 and 7 are fitted in an opening part 4a formed in the thick part 4 of a coil bobbin 1. Then, external force is applied to the projecting parts 7a and 7a of the projecting pieces 7 and 7 to spread the pieces outward, and thus a complete coupling state is obtained to prevent the conductor from coming out.

Recently, with the advent of compact devices such as micro cassette tape recorders and mini cassette tape recorders, there has been a demand for smaller magnetic heads, and in order to reduce the size of pobbin terminals, the removal of the terminal conductor has been stopped and strength has been maintained. As the difficulty of connecting terminal conductors increases, there is a need for a connection structure for terminal conductors that has a reliable structure to prevent disconnection.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 6, a notch 4b is formed on the outside of the thick part 4 of the coil pobin 1 made of synthetic resin, and the vertical wall of the notch 4b is provided with, for example, a knurling. A processed pin 8 is provided protrudingly. On the other hand, a narrow portion 5a that can be fitted into the notch 4b is formed on the coil pobin 1 side of the terminal conductor 5, and this portion (: the pin 8
form a through hole 5b into which the pin 8 is fitted, and insert the pin 8 into the through hole 8b (
After the two are fitted together, the terminal conductor 5 is fixed by heat-setting the pin 8 from the outside of the terminal conductor 5. If such a structure is adopted, a reliable connection can be achieved and the terminal conductor 5 can be reliably prevented from coming off.

As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, the coil bobbin and the terminal conductor are connected to each other by providing two complementary retaining portions and applying an external force to either one after engaging each other. Despite the extremely simple structure, it is possible to achieve a secure bond that will not come off, and it is easy to assemble. (= There is no need to remove debris, etc. that occurs at the parting line (position of the die) during molding of the terminal conductor and bobbin, and there is no deterioration of the surface of the terminal conductor due to gas etc. during molding. Good soldering has many effects, including improved properties.
