    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一端の立上げ部が地上で開口しするとともに他端の立上
    げ部が室内に導通ずる伝熱管を前記一端−から他端に向
    は水勾配を有して埋設し、かつ、他端の立上げ部の下端
    に水溜り用の凹部を設ける一方、該立上げ部を通って凹
    部にのびる汲上げ管を有するポンプを室内から操作可能
    に取付けてなる地中温度を利用する空調装置。
