厚さより小さくしかつ断熱材表面４ｂが芯材１の宍。側
端面１ｂと同一高さとなるように各筒状室３内にそれぞ
れ装填して芯材１の裏側端縁１ａを断熱材裏面４ａより
露呈させると共に、前記各断熱材４はその表面４ｂを中
へこみ状にして仕切壁２の表側周縁部２ａに沿って芯材
表側端面１ｂと同一高さとなった薄肉周縁部４′を有し
、芯体５の表面に塗布した接着剤１１を前記薄肉周縁部
４′へ浸透させて前記断熱材４を前記仕切壁２に接着す
ると共に、その芯体５の表面全体に表面板１０を同じく
接着剤１１で接着して成り、また前記芯体５の裏側の芯
材端縁１ａに接着剤８によって裏面板７を装着し、該裏
面板７と断熱材裏面４Ｃとの間に空気層９を形成してい
