Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は自動車用ワイヤーハーネスにおいて、その製造
を容易ならしめるようにした相互接続装置に関するもの
である。

周知の如く、自動車の電装部品、回路は、電源としての
バッテリーからヒユーズを介゛して前部、後部、計器等
の各ブロックに分割され、その間に各種スイッチ等が介
在されているものであるが、従来においては多数の電線
における分岐接続が電装品の場所に応じた多数の分離個
所において行なわれ、その為に電線の皮むき、接続、テ
ーピング等の作業が多岐にわたって非常に煩雑であると
共に製造工程の機械化が不可能であって、量産への隘路
となっていた。

本考案は上記した点に着目して為されたものであって、
ワイヤーハーネスを電源回路、前部回路、後部回路、計
器回路等に分割し、それぞれの回路をコネクタにて集束
すると共に分岐接続装置の対向するコネクタに接続する
ようにし、回路相互の接続を相互接続装置内において集
中的に配線するようにしたものであり、ひいてはかかる
相互接続装置の製作を容易ならしめて機械による大量生
産を意図しているものである。

折畳むことによって各ケース部を直ちに組合せること力
呵能なものであり、かかる接続装置全体の製造、組立工
程を大巾に簡略化することができる。
