積み込み機にて多段式移動ラックへ積み込む。移動ラッ
クは、ラック自動移送装置により往路のラインを経て、
特殊自動ラック移送装置により、復路のラインに移行す
る。 このラインは養生室となっており移送させながら養生を
行い、完全凝結状態のコンクリート製品になし、復路ラ
インを出ると特殊自動ラック移送装置により、再び往路
ラインに戻・るのを連続して行うようにした多段式移動
ラック循環養生方式。 (2)多段式移動ラックに積載されている凝結したコン
クリート製品及び型枠は、型枠降ろし機によりラックよ
り降ろされて、型枠戻しラインに載置し、これを自動移
送させて型枠開き装置を経て、脱型装置にて製品のみを
ラインから取り出して、ストックヤードに運び型枠はそ
のまま、型枠戻しラインを自動移送し、型枠の掃除や剥
離剤の吹付は等を行い、型枠組立機を経て再び成型ライ
ンに載置し、自動移送させながら振動台及び投入機等で
、型枠に生コンを投入し連続して、多段式移動ラックへ
積み込む方法で+11ラック循環養生方式との併用によ
