動圧形流体軸受装置の断面図、第５図は第４図に示す固
定軸の一部を断面で示す正面図である。 図中、２１は基台、２２は固定軸、２３は動圧発生用の
みぞ、１２３はスパイラル状のみぞ、２２３はへリング
ボーン状のみぞ、２−４はスラスト端面、１２４は接触
部、２６はスリーブ、２７はスラスト軸受面、２８は連

流体軸受装置において、前記動圧発生用のみそ２３がス
パイラル状のみぞ１２３とスパイラル状のみぞ１−２３
より基台２１側に設けたヘリングボーン状のみぞ２２３
とを備え、前記スラスト端面２４とスリーブ２６との少
なくとも一方には軸受の作動時に圧力室４１と外界とを
連通ずる連通穴２８が設けられていることを特徴とする
動圧形流体軸受装置。 （２）動圧発生用のみぞ２３がスパイラル状のみぞ１２
３よりスラスト軸受面２７側に設けた第二のへリングボ
ーン状のみぞ３２３を備えている実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項記載の動圧形流９　体軸受装置。 （３）基台２１とスリーブ２６との間がスラスト磁気軸
受の軸受すきま５６となっている実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項又は第２項記載の動圧形流体軸受装置。 （４）連通穴２８がスラスト端面２４とスラスト軸、受
面２７との少なくとも一方に設けられ、研石　　□スラ
スト端面２４が軸受の静止時および低速回転時にスラス
ト軸受面２７と接する環状の接触部１２４を連通穴２８
の周囲に有する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の動
圧形流体軸受装ニー 図面の簡単な説明を次のように補正する。 明細書第１１頁第１８〜２０行の「２４は・・・連通穴
である」を「２４はスラスト端面、２６はスリーブ、２
７はスラスト軸受面、２８は連通穴、４１は圧力室であ
る。」と補正する。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　基台２１に固定軸２２の一端部を固定し、該固定軸
    ２２にスリーブ２６を嵌合して配設し、該スリーブ２６
    の内径面とスリーブ２６の内径面に対向する固定軸２２
    の外径面との少なくとも一方に動圧発生用のみぞ２３を
    設けた動圧形流体軸受装置において、前記動圧発生用の
    みぞ２３がスパイラル状のみぞ１２３とスパイラル状の
    みぞ１２３より基台２１側に設けたベリングボーン状の
    みそ２２３とを備え、前記固定軸２２の他端部のスラス
    ト軸面２４とスラスト端面２４に対向するスリーブ２６
    のスラスト軸受面２７との少なくとも正方に外界と連通
    ずる連通穴２８を設け、前記スラスト端面２４は軸受、
    　　　の静止時及び低速回転時にスラスト軸受面２７と
    接する環状の接触部１２４を連通穴２８の周囲に有して
    いることを特徴とする動圧形流体軸受装置。 ２　動圧発生用のみぞ２３がスパイラル状のみぞ１２３
    よりスラスト軸受面２７側に設けた第二のヘリ”ングボ
    ーン状のみぞ３２３を備えている実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項記載の動圧形流体軸受装置。 ３　基台２１とスリーブ２６との間がスラスト磁気軸受
    の軸受すきま５６となっている実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項又は第２項記載の動圧形流体軸受装置。
