Claims

a vertically movable step attached to a shaft loosely fitted into a long hole of a support vertically installed in the vehicle frame;
a lifting device comprising a team rotatably attached to the vehicle frame and having the shaft loosely fitted at its lower end; a switching device for raising the step by pivoting the arm attached to the vehicle frame so as to be movable up and down; and a spring-loaded locking device which is rotatably attached to the vehicle frame and has a locking hole for the shaft at its lower end.
