とバイパスフィルタとよりなるフィルタユニットをケー
スで覆いつつ取付けたものにおいて、前記オイル入口部
付近の内部空間と前記オイルパンへの出口部との間を連
通路で連通し、この連通路を開閉する弁部材を設けたこ
